Although I’m a bit wary that the marketing overkill for Anchorman 2 that has gone from viral to outbreak, I still can’t wait to see the sequel. One of the main reasons why is because I absolutely loved the chemistry between the Channel Four news team in the first film:

Will Ferrell has had a reputation for being a hard actor to approach in public, and was even named as the worst celebrity autographer in 2007 in Autograph magazine. But in an interview to promote his upcoming film The Campaign, Ferrell seems to suggest it isn’t him that lets people down — it’s their own expectations.
Ferrell stars in Casa de Mi Padre, a Spanish-language comedy that places him in totally new territory.
“There’s a reaction to watching me in a role like this where people think, “Oh, were your impulses to go crazy at some point?” It’s really easy: You read the script and you see that it doesn’t call for any of that. It was a pretty easy transition.”
With Carell’s final episode scheduled for late April, several high-profile actors have expressed interest is appearing on the NBC series.
