Happy birthday, Willem Dafoe! The Oscar-nominated actor turns 65 years old today.
Dafoe can count a number of major roles throughout his career, including his Oscar-nominated performances in Platoon, Shadow of the Vampire, The Florida Project, and At Eternity’s Gate. Last year, Dafoe appeared in Edward Norton‘s critically-acclaimed film adaptation of Jonathan Lethem’s award-winning novel. Dafoe sat for a 20-minute Conversations for the SAG-AFTRA Foundation late last year to discuss his performance in the film with film critic Joe Neumaier as moderator.
