Happy birthday, Patrick Stewart! The man who was born to play Jean-Luc Picard in Star Trek and Charles Xavier in X-Men turns 78 today — and shows no signs of slowing down his extraordinary career (especially with rumors that he will once again play Picard in a Star Trek project soon).
Late last year, Stewart sat with Joe Neumaier of WQR for a career retrospective presented by the SAG-AFTRA Foundation to speak about his acclaimed stage, screen, and voiceover performances, which have ranged from Broadway performances of Waiting for Godot, dramatic films like Logan, and animated series like American Dad.
